The Trust was established for educational purposes to raise funds to provide educational scholarships/bursaries to support and fund postgraduate research in the field of Industrial Relations.

Mission Statement

The main objective of the Trust shall be the advancement of public understanding and knowledge in the field of Industrial Relations and education, whether through classes, research, training, organisation of courses, lecturers or seminars, funding grants and bursaries for attendance at educational and training institutions and establishments, scholarships to undertake appropriate research for the advancement of Industrial Relations at all times with the intention that the results of such research be available to the public.
